Sabrina Lucenti is a partner at Dooley Lucenti LLP. Sabrina’s litigation practice is focused on insurance defence litigation, including professional negligence, title insurance matters and personal injury claims. Sabrina also defends civil and institutional sexual assault claims and estate litigation matters.

Primary Areas of Practice:

Sabrina obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) from the University of Toronto. Sabrina attended law school at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia. Sabrina also studied abroad at the East China University of Politics and Law, in Shanghai, China.

When she is not practicing law, Sabrina volunteers with various organizations. Sabrina is an active member of The Advocates’ Society and is the Northern Ontario Chair of the Canadian Defence Lawyers’ Women’s Caucus.

She is also a volunteer lawyer with Pro Bono Ontario and the Child Advocacy Project – a pro bono program that helps to protect the education rights of low-income children across Ontario.

In 2015, Sabrina brought the Law Society’s Lawyers Feed the Hungry program to Barrie. She is the current Chair and a regular volunteer and fundraiser for the program. Sabrina is also the President of the Simcoe County Law Association.

Sabrina was named one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers under 40 in 2019, and a Lexpert Lawyer to Watch in 2020. In 2025, Sabrina was recognized in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada ™ for her exceptional work in Insurance Law.
