Robert Galloway is a trusted advisor in corporate law, commercial transactions, real estate, and estate planning. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2014, he serves clients across Barrie and Simcoe County with a focus on clear communication and results-driven strategies.

Robert holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, followed by a Juris Doctor in Law. This multidisciplinary background allows him to approach complex legal issues with structure, logic, and efficiency. His clients—ranging from business owners and real estate investors to families navigating wills and estates—value his ability to simplify the legal process and provide actionable solutions.

His legal work includes corporate structuring, shareholder agreements, real estate closings, and estate administration. Whether incorporating a new business or drafting a will, Robert provides practical legal advice tailored to his clients’ long-term goals.

Robert is active in the local business community, having served as a member of the Rotary Club of Barrie and as a Director with the Barrie Chamber of Commerce. His experience in both legal and civic spheres reflect his long-standing commitment to helping clients and communities thrive.
